Train Hard.Recover Faster.Do It Again.

Hard training breaks your body down — the results are built during recovery. Dehydration of just 2% cuts power output, and the fluids, electrolytes, amino acids, and antioxidants you burn through don't come back fast enough from a water bottle. This drip replaces them at the cellular level in 45 minutes.

The Science

How It Works

Every hard session — a lift, a long run, a BJJ round, a match in the Texas heat — drains fluid and electrolytes, spikes oxidative stress, and creates micro-damage in muscle that shows up 24–72 hours later as soreness and stiffness. Your body repairs all of it, but only as fast as it has the raw materials on hand.

The Recovery IV delivers those materials straight into your bloodstream: 500 or 1000 ml of fluid with balanced electrolytes to rehydrate at the cellular level, a B-complex to restart energy metabolism, an amino-acid blend to feed muscle repair, and vitamin C plus glutathione to help mop up the free radicals that drive post-workout inflammation. No GI tract, no absorption bottleneck — 100% bioavailable in 45 minutes.

Drinking fluids and taking supplements can take hours to absorb, and oral doses of magnesium, glutathione, and amino acids are limited by what your gut will tolerate. IV delivery skips that ceiling entirely.

What's in the Drip

Key Ingredients & Their Roles

Normal Saline / Lactated Ringer's
500–1000 ml
Core Ingredient

The rehydration foundation. Replaces the fluid a hard session or the Texas heat pulls out of you, with immediate cellular distribution. Lactated Ringer's more closely matches blood plasma.

Electrolyte Blend (Na, K, Mg, Ca)
Balanced

Restores the sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium lost in sweat — essential for fluid balance, nerve signaling, and muscle contraction, and key to preventing cramps.

Magnesium
1–2 g

A co-factor in 300+ enzymatic reactions, depleted rapidly by exercise, heat, and stress. Supports muscle relaxation and cramp prevention at doses oral magnesium can't reach without GI side effects.

B-Complex
Physiologic

B vitamins convert carbs, fats, and protein into ATP — the body's energy currency — and support red-blood-cell production and nervous-system function to restart energy metabolism after training.

Amino-Acid Blend
Per protocol

The building blocks of muscle. A blend such as glutamine, arginine, citrulline, and lysine feeds muscle repair and can help reduce post-exercise soreness when delivered directly to the bloodstream.

Vitamin C
High dose

An antioxidant that supports tissue repair and collagen synthesis and helps neutralize the free radicals generated during intense exercise.

Glutathione
Push / add-on

The body's master antioxidant. Helps flush the free radicals produced by exertion and reduce the oxidative stress that drives post-workout pain and inflammation.

Optional Add-Ons
Customizable
Customizable

Extra glutathione for antioxidant support, additional B12 for energy, a MICC/lipotropic boost, or physician-approved anti-inflammatory or anti-nausea medication. Discussed during your RN consultation.

Who It's For

Built for how you train.

The Competitor

You race, lift, or roll, and the day after matters as much as the event. You want to be ready for the next session, not wrecked by the last one.

The Weekend Warrior

You went hard Saturday and your body is reminding you Sunday. Bounce back before Monday instead of limping into the week.

The Combat Athlete

BJJ, MMA, boxing. Repeated hard rounds, weight cuts, and dehydration. Rehydrate and refuel between sessions and before competition.

The Executive Who Trains

You don't have days to feel flat. Recover fast, keep energy high, and protect the body that runs your business.

How is the Recovery drip different from the Hydration drip?

Hydration is fluids and electrolytes to correct dehydration fast. Recovery starts from that same rehydration base and adds an amino-acid blend, B-complex, vitamin C, and glutathione specifically to support muscle repair and reduce post-workout oxidative stress. If you are sore or training hard, choose Recovery.

When should I get it — before or after training?

Most people book it after a hard session, race, or competition to speed recovery. It also works well the day before an event to arrive fully hydrated and topped up. Your RN can advise timing for your sport.

Will it get rid of my muscle soreness?

It will not erase soreness, but by replenishing fluids, electrolytes, and amino acids and reducing oxidative stress, it supports faster recovery and can help you feel less wrecked between sessions. Individual results vary.

Should I choose 500 ml or 1000 ml?

500 ml (45 min) is our base — a solid top-up after a normal hard session. 1000 ml (1 hour) doubles the fluid and delivers the full amino and antioxidant load, best after competition or a heavy training block.

How often can I get a Recovery drip?

Many athletes do it weekly during heavy training or around events; others use it as needed after big efforts. Your NP will recommend a cadence, and members save 15-25% on every session.

Is it safe? Who administers it?

Every drip is formulated under physician supervision and administered by a registered nurse after a brief health screen. Let us know your medical history and any conditions so we can tailor the drip safely.

Can I add glutathione or other boosters?

Yes. You can add extra glutathione, B12, or a lipotropic boost. Any prescription add-on, such as an anti-inflammatory or anti-nausea medication, is offered only with physician approval.

Is there any downtime?

None. Most people are back to work or their day immediately. You can train the same day, though many prefer to use the drip as their recovery window.
